Askari Hinton, CEO

Askari Hinton

is a 2012 graduate of Southern University in Shreveport. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and Accounting. Hinton is the former Director of the Blue Goose Foundation – a designated partner in the City of Shreveport’s 2010 West Edge/Ledbetter Heights Development Initiative. He is a licensed welder, and enjoys traveling throughout the United States with various companies as a contracted professional.
Askari is a lifelong resident of the Blue Goose Neighborhood, and he is passionate about helping the area return to its historic economic and cultural vibrancy.
Nathaniel Manning, CFO


is a professor at Bossier Parish Community College, teaching Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Business Statistics, Business Mathematics, and Entrepreneurial Finance. Professor Manning earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science at Grambling. He received his MBA – Finance degree from Louisiana Tech University, a MSAE degree in Applied Economics from University of North Dakota, and has done further studies in Applied Statistics from Texas A&M University.

Manning began his professional career as a software engineer at IBM in Rochester, MN. He would later serve as IT director of GE Transformer Division, managing a global team of software developers. During his tenure at General Electric he earned his Green Belt and Black Belt certifications in Six Sigma.

His career in higher education include: Department Head of Business Management at Southern University, Campus and Academic Affairs Director at University of Phoenix, and Consultant for American Council on Education.

Honors include: NAFEO Noble Laureate in Economics, Visiting Scholar for ETS, AP item writer and reader for the College Board in AP macro and micro economics, one of the top 10 professors in the SU System (Bio in Ovations Magazine).

Alan Dyson, APM

Alan Dyson

has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and design. His services include conceptual and schematic design, project development, design team selection and management, project oversight and observation, conflict resolution and problem solving for developers, business owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
Dyson has worked on numerous high profile projects throughout his career; these include medical facilities, retail outlets, restaurants, worship centers, entertainment facilities, banks, industrial and residential developments, and motion picture/audio sound stage occupancies.
